Stephen Elliott

Stephen Elliott is a top-class international striker playing for the Republic of Ireland and Preston North End in the Coca Cola Championship. Elliott scored 16 goals in Sunderland's promotion winning season of 2004/5. He scored in his second international start for Ireland in October 2005. Most learned observers believe him to be vastly superior to his Hull City namesake Stuart Elliott.
