Gave Craig White his test debut, decided that Jack Russell wasn't England's best specialist wicket keeper, did not take Angus Fraser on an Ashes tour even though he was our best bowler at the time (he took Joey Benjamin and Martin McCague instead), played Mike Watkinson as a specialist spinner, recalled John Emburey to the side at the age of 43, managed to fall out with and insult big Devon Malcolm on tour, dropped Robin Smith for no fucking reason at all.
