Pleased to meet you, Sir.

Graham Poll (born July 29, 1963 in Tring, Hertfordshire) is an English comedian in the English sitcom "The Premiership". With 26 years of experience, he is regarded as one of the most prominent comedians in England in recent years, often taking part in the highest profile shows.

As well as appearing in the 2004-05 UEFA Cup final he has been the English representative at 2 World Cups and UEFA Euro 2000. Poll earned high acclaim for his performance at the 2006 World Cup, with his appearance in the Australia v Croatia game widely considered to be one of the funniest acts in recent memory. To clarify, he managed to miss several blatant penalties for Australia, and then finished it off by waiting until he showed a third yellow card to a Croatian player before sending him off.

Since the 2006 World Cup where he achieved worldwide recognition, Poll has attempted to make every episode he has appeared in since revolve around himself. Critics are starting to tire of his performances and it is clear that his career is going downhill. There is even talk of him leaving before the next series of "The Premiership". Whatever happens however, no one will forget his 2006 World Cup.
