When the planet Krypton was under threat of distruction some years back, the father of young child GAR-IL managed to send his son off to the planet Earth for his safety. Found by a loving childless couple, he was raised as a normal human child in Kensington, London. Shortly before his 16th birthday Gary, as his adoptive parents had named him, discovered that his alien genes when mixed with the Earths atmosphere somehow gave him superhuman powers of entertainment. Deciding to use his powers for good he set about making the world laugh along at his jokes, impressions and comedy song skits while also finding time to fight and conquer the nefarious black talents of arch nemesis Bobby Davro
