I used to think David Connolly was a twat after this but in fairness it was probably just Roeder being incompetent. David Connolly is fucking brilliant and probably the hardest working striker Sunderland have had since Marcus Stewart, though when you remember that strikers since then have included Anthony Le Tallec and Andy Gray it's not really saying much.
