Probably the most arrogant of all diseases, not only did the Black Death kill approximately 40% of everyone in the known world, it also smugly and single-handedly brought about the end of feudalism and serfdom, paving the way for capitalism to rule over the entire world until Carmageddon.

Not to be confused with unruly coons going wild with their driveby shootings and machetes, which is a modern phenomenon.
